Nationwide was very easy to deal with in getting some coverage for Mister Kitty's tests. Everything went fast and smooth!

Mister Kitty is getting older, and needed some tests to make sure everything is going smoothly for him. These kinds of tests add up, so I submitted a claim to Nationwide. It took only minutes to submit, and in a few weeks, Nationwide sent me some money to cover the expenses. I didn't have any issues with them, and they always seem happy to help. :)

Grateful we joined Embrace!

We rescued a new puppy and had never had pet insurance. We decided better safe than sorry since we didn’t know her history. After enrolling, she had a few medical situations pop up. Embrace was wonderful! Easy to submit claims and quick refunds. Have recommended to family and friends!

Nationwide has stepped up! My pet family is taken care of very well. My pets go into see their vet. and get the best treatment. Nationwide steps in to help me with the high cost of that visit. Quick turnaround of claims

Never had a problem with submitting claims online. The one thing I would like to see however is he removal of the need to physically sign the claim form. Having to do so means printing the completed claim form, signing it then having to scan it back in as a PDF. That is really not efficient. Not everybody has access to a scanner to be able to scan it back in. Simply typing in the name into the signature field in the already prefilled in claim for ms should be sufficient.

Four weeks later

I had to do all the work. They sent a request to my vet that they said didn’t get back, I called the vet made sure they sent it over. I confirmed that they got it, then they closed the case and reopened it with a new claim number. I had to do all the follow up, I had to make all the phone calls.... from beg to end 4 weeks for a simple allergy shot reimbursement.

Amazing experience!

My dog was hit by a car and required extensive surgery and a lengthy hospital stay. Healthy Paws was amazing! Uploading the claim was simple, and they kept in touch with me regularly to update me on the status of my claim. The claim was approved very quickly, and completely. I wish my own insurance company was as easy to deal with! I would HIGHLY recommend Healthy Paws to every pet owner!
