Handle claims fast and very quickly. Customer service is terrific if I have to call .Addie was a very abused ,neglected,undernourised fur baby when we adopted her.She weighed 26 lbs and was skin and bones.I will never understand that kind of treatment.You have been wonderful with her health issues and she is thriving quite well,as a matter of fact now she needs to lose a few lbs.Thank you so much. Well on the road to recovery
The entire process of submitting claims to getting electronic deposits was seamless. Having an injury and knowing that you have insurance to help give your dog the best possible chance of recovery is invaluable. Loki had an ACL tear repaired. The crate rest is a challenge because he is doing well; doctor’s orders are being followed to a T. I don’t know how we would have done this without pet insurance.

I'm used to insurance companies seeming to try to find ways to not reimburse. APSCA has been fair and has efficiently and expeditiously reimbursed claimgs as per the policy. They are also supportive and empathic on the phone and reached out to see how our dogs were doing. Feels like family.
