Last summer my dog was rushed to the emergency hospital after suffering a rattle snake bite. I can’t put into words the stress and anxiety being in that situation was. Having Trupanion by our side meant I had one less thing to worry about and I knew she would receive the best care possible. That alone provided so much comfort the minute we got to the hospital. Trupanion was efficient, compassionate and true to their word. After trying some other insurance companies, I would never go to anyone but Trupanion. Being a veterinarian myself, I always recommend Trupanion to all my clients because I have had so many positive experiences with them. I know through Trupanion pets will receive the highest quality care!

Claim processing updates and speed are slower than expected.
I really like the ease of pet insurance claim submission and personalization of the process. However, I’ve been waiting over a month (over two months from some original submission dates) for claim status updates and repayment and don’t believe verification should take this long. My next review will be based on the completion of the process for several of these outstanding claims.

Most Efficient Pet Insurance Company You Will Ever Find!
I've never been so impressed by an insurance company until I dealt with ASPCA. The efficiency of the company, the ease of filing claims and the genuine concern for the health of my little dog, Ali is impressive and appreciated. I can only wish that I could feel the same about the the service I receive from my own health insurance company.

Great insurance for me and for my family!
I can't say enough good things about Embrace Pet Insurance. Going through a cancer diagnosis with your dog and then chemotherapy, follow ups and all the other tough things that happen is emotionally and physically draining. A year later, Daisy is cancer free and going in for regular check ups and bloodwork to hopefully keep her that way. Embrace made the insurance process so simple and so easy for me. I truly believe that getting insurance through Embrace was the greatest gift I could give to myself, and more importantly, give to Daisy. There is always a cheerful voice on the other end of the line when I have questions and no one at Embrace has ever been anything but kind and reasonable when it comes to my claims. In fact, I love Embrace so much that now my family members and friends are Embrace insurance holders. I helped my 90-year old father submit his first wellness claim for his beloved dog two weeks ago. It went through without a hitch. It feels good to have an insurance company you can rely on for the health of your own dog and to know that they will take good care of people you have referred to them. Thanks Embrace!

Pets Best has made it possible for me to make health decisions for my dog about him, rather than about my finances.
Pets best has done an excellent job with customer service, helping me understand my benefits, and processing my claims. As my dog ages and is experiencing new health issues, they are always available to answer questions and to help with my claims. The app makes it very easy to submit claims and I definitely feel like my investment in insurance is paying dividends as my dog ages.

Awesome and Caring!
We purchased an English Lab Puppy in 2016. His name is Kota and his the sweetest, best tempered dog that I have ever owned. I have never had pet insurance before on any of our dogs and after a friend suggested I look into it after she had a dog with health issues, I decided to look for pet insurance and came across an ad on social media for Healthy Paws. I liked what I saw and the rates seemed reasonable, so I purchased the policy. Unfortunatey, Kota started to have some health issues and it seemed like we were always running to the Vet. We have had several claims for Kota and Healhy Paws has paid the all! They have been great at reviewing them quickly and and paying them quickly. The Healthy Paws phone app is very user friendly and just takes seconds to submit a claim. Healthy Paws has been wonderful to work with and I totally recommend them if you are looking for pet insurance.

Great People, Great Insurance
This was the best decision of my life. I can not say enough good things about this company and the services they provide. I have a GSD and my company I work for offers pet Insurance through Nationwide. I’ve had some unfortunate situations with my dog that has required medical attention and from experience, they have the easiest method of filing claims and receiving payments. They make you feel part of the pet community and always checks in on your pets health. They truly care about the wellbeing of your pets.

Extremely positive experience
My kitty was diagnosed with diabetes and pancreatitis a few weeks ago. She was experiencing some complications and we needed to go to the vet a few times. She even required a hospitalization at an emergency clinic for a couple days to help stabilize her and really figure out everything that was going on. I had peace of mind knowing I had Pets Best insurance for her as the bills stacked up. The claims process was incredibly easy. I was given a time frame for when to expect the claim to be processed. The explanation of benefits was very clear and easy to understand what exactly went toward our deductible, what was covered and paid for, and what was not covered. Everything in the claim was itemized based on our itemized receipts from the vet, so I could see exactly where all the numbers came from. We didn't have any surprises there and the claim was processed quickly. We received our reimbursement shortly after the claim was processed. I've had an extremely positive experience and I've been urging friends and family members to get insurance for their pets through Pets Best if they don't already have it!
