Our dog Jake had cancer almost 3 years ago which was a very intense process and you all were so easy to deal with in processing the claim it made a very intense time more tolerable. Recently Jake had cataract surgery and you all paid again with seamless ease. He is living a more vibrant life as a part of your support and we are so very grateful!

300% RATE INCREASE
FIGO has great coverage and customer service and quick claim reimbursement. I love being able to submit claims on line ! HOWEVER, I got coverage for my then 6-year-old German Shepherd last year (2018). At my recent first renewal, my monthly payment went from $63.21/mo to an ASTOUNDING INCREASE TO $175.86/mo for the same coverage. FIGO has only been in business since April 2015 and evidently did not know how to set rates for it's excellent coverage. I suspect the underwriters woke up and realized they were not making enough money, so made a whopping increase in rates. Thankfully, my dog is healthy and did not develop any new health conditions, so I am able to look for new insurance with another company without having to worry about pre-existing conditions. But if my dog had developed new health issues in the last 12 months, it would be VERY difficult for me to get decent coverage. JUST BE CAREFUL ABOUT RATE INCREASES ! ! !

Excellent Service. Fash response time.
I've had Nationwide since it was VPI. Excellent service. Fast turnaround time. Have never waited more than 3 weeks for reimbursement. New option of having $ deposited directly into account is wonderful.

Overly satisfied
I took my dog to vet for annual check up and maintenance. I'm overly satisfied with my insurance and their customer service. I entered 1 negative review and that is because I hit the wrong thing by accident. There is no back button to change it. I'm saddened to leave anything negative on my survey because I feel this company is EXCELLENT!

Couldn't be easier
The claim process for Pets Best couldn't be easier. I called customer service about a claim years ago, I was questioning coverage and if I should submit it. The rep told me just simply to enter every visit to the vet and they will determine reimbursement for me. That's what I have done and it has saved me thousands. I couldn't be more pleased.

Service was great
It was great to get an update by email that my claim was in the process of being completed but it may be a few days longer than expected. I was really happy with the service of this pet insurance after having pet insurance with two other providers. Service was great and process time is very quick!

Claim took a while
A bit disappointed. Other claims were processed in less then a week. This claim took almost a month. It took a couple of weeks before I was informed ( after I called) that additional vet info was needed and then another 10 days for the claim was completed.
