Phoebe vs. the Sock: Healthy Paws is the Winner!

We are so very grateful that we signed up with Healthy Paws Pet insurance when our Chocolate Lab was a puppy. She has a thing for clothing, and each time, healthy Paws has been there to help. I could never have afforded the surgery for my dog without this insurance, and I appreciated the friendly customer service and the quick turnaround time for reimbursement -- less than a week!

ASPCA Pet Insurance is

The insurance policy itself is a 10, and I’ve compared them all. Initially my claim relating my kitty’s newly diagnosed condition was denied, but to their credit they reversed this decision upon appeal. I wouldn’t change insurance companies.

Wonderful Company and great service!!!

Most people buy an insurance policy, hoping that one never has to use it because one always hopes that their pet never falls sick or injured. But most people also hope not to use it because it is a nightmare dealing with Insurance Companies. However, my experience with ASPCA from the beginning has been outstanding. Signing up was a breeze and when I did have to use the Insurance, making the claim online was super easy and I also got a check in the mail without any delays. Thank you ASPCA for looking out for my pet Cat Blanco.

Pleasantly surprised

This is the 2nd pet insurance that I have tried. The first was so cumbersome, expensive and had so many exclusions that I dropped it. When I recently filed a claim with Nationwide, it was very easy and they were very helpful when I would call in for status and questions.

Awesome insurance-thanks for making my life easier!

Due to an unexpected event, our 2.5 year old Cavachon had to have luxating patella surgery to fix a Grade 3 issue (not happy about this!) If we did not do surgery, our Cavachon would have been in constant pain, require pain meds and likely would have gone permanently lame in a short while since he was losing muscle in the knee very quickly as an active young dog. Nationwide could not be more accommodating to assist with my needs. I called in advance to find out if I had to gain pre-approval (not needed!). I submitted the claim after his surgery and was taken care of within the month after the claim was reviewed. Thank you for your assistance and our Cava is on the road to recovery !

Great Insurance, Love the Vet Helpline, Minor Challenges with Employer Deductions but Think that is on the Employer

Great Insurance, Love the Vet Helpline - super helpful and useful, Minor Challenges with Employer Deductions but think that is on the employers end and not nation wide's end. Would love to be able to get an emailed version of my statement and account info (especially so I can send it to my employer and make sure they settle it after they've been deducting the money from my paycheck). I just switched jobs and want to continue my insurance but first need to have my employer settle my past due bill.
