Trupanion is far and away the BEST pet insurance - a total necessity for pet owners!!!
Trupanion is worth every penny and more! Not only is it unbelievably simple to submit a claim, but the customer service is also phenomenal. They truly care about our dog and always offer their well wishes and support. They feel like friends. Couldn’t recommend Trupanion more!!!

I’m really glad I made the choice to enroll all of my pets in health insurance. I’ve recently had a lot of medical costs in the last several months for all of my pets. Having trupanion has made it more affordable for me to make sure my pets are able to get the healthcare they need. I’m also really pleased with the customer service and have had nothing but good experiences with any of your customer service agents when I call. I would like to highlight Alyssa V. for being super personable, very patient, and very professional!

Friendly and efficient
I’ve dealt with other pet insurers and Hartville is the best by far. Claim submission is easy and payments are made in a reasonable amount of time. Their website is easy to navigate with claim status always updated. Most importantly to me, their customer service is friendly and helpful; a rare occurrence in this day and age.

Outstanding professional care and service!!
My dog (Colt) is now two years old and during these young years he has had he share of problems! The biggest being TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) surgery. A very expensive surgery and recovery time. Without Nationwide Insurance I'm not sure how we would have handled the expense... Nationwide really provided very professional service and were exceedingly prompt in claim review and reimbursement. I can't say enough about the care and peace of mind Nationwide has provide us. I have no doubt that as we move toward the future with Colt Nationwide will be there for us if we need them!

Really really amazing insurance. Two of my kitties are dealing with serious medical conditions : cancer and kidney failure and without insurance it would have been impossible to afford the medical care Embrace has a great coverage and very reasonable premiums. The younger the pets are when enrolled, the better, to avoid any pre-existing conditions. Its worth every paid when they are healthy, because its inevitable they will deal with illnesses or accidents. Claim submission its very easy and the payments are fast. Customer service very very nice. Truly makes a difference dealing with a nice person when going through stressful times. I recommend them 100%
