AS THE SAYING GOES....YOU ARE THE CAT'S MEOW
The workers that helped me (I'm sorry I cannot remember your names) were so kind and compassionate when my little Natale had cancer. The sad thing was she never showed any signed of illness. They covered all her medical bills. Unfortunately, the cancer spread and my little Natale, the cutest Tuxedo cat, passed away. Embrace Insurance is just outstanding when it comes to the care of your pets. I have three other pets and I must say if you are looking for a health plan for your pets, this is the company you want to handle it for you.

Can navigate website quickly
At first, the claim process was a chore, like most new things. But after a few times, I can navigate in under five minutes (faster each time). I appreciate the messages of receipt of submission, in-process, and completion. That reduces my stress about "did it get there, where is the payment, and who has it?" Thank you for doing your part in my pets' lives.

Amazing!
I love this pet insurance!! I had to take my baby to the animal hospital because he was limping and had severe diarrhea. The vet bill was expensive but we submitted our claim and received majority of our money back. I’m so thankful my fur babies are covered with this insurance.

claim
Having Nationwide Insurance on my pet brings piece of mind. I don't have to worry if my pet has an emergency as he is covered by their insurance and I can take him wherever needed and get him care. The paper work for the claims is pretty easy to fill out and once you send it in, you get notification that they received it. Then you just have to wait for the payment to get deposited in your account.

Absolutely easy process
My experience with ASPCA pet insurance company has been absolutely wonderful. From choosing a policy, to adding a new dog to our policy, the claims process and receiving our claim it was always a smooth process. I researched companies and different policies and finally obtained a policy with ASPCA and have been more than satisfied with my decision.

Exceptional Pet Insurance
While my French Bulldog is of exceptional breeding, there are still issues that are part of the breed. The coverage and payments from the insurance have been fast and I am very happy with the service as well. It’s a first rate company.

Any Excuse not to cover.
What an unbelievably misleading name for this insurance. When we adopted our dog, it was recommended we get insurance on her. Therefore in the event on an emergency, we had the peace of mind that cost would not be an object in providing the best quality of life for our pet. We chose this insurance, over countless other pet insurance. The mission statement even states they want to "strive to give pet owners peace of mind by taking the financial worry out of owning a pet, so you can make the best decisions for your dog or cat." So much for taking out our financial worry. It wouldn't bother us so much that they denied our claim and appeal, if it wasn't for the fact that I called the company roughly a week before my dogs surgery and asked what would be covered. I understand that talking to them isn't a guarantee, but their job to give us the best answer and most accurate answer. I assured it would be covered. Why was there absolutely no mention of this 6 month ligament tear window? Had we'd known we would have made the decision to post pone surgery or explore other options until we were financially ready. The lack of understanding their own insurance limitations is inexcusable. At least give they can give customers the decency to know the true extension of their coverage. The basis of the denial is purely based weak evidence. Our dog hurt her leg in January of 2018 and after taking her to the vet who stated it was a ligament tear versus injury to the surrounding tissue. There was no imaging done. No evidence that it was a true tear and she got better within a few weeks. Then, almost a year later, after a traumatic fall, she actually did tear it fully. There's no evidence that this was a continuation from the previous injury. It's a technicality that they gladly latched on to. What's the point of even having pet insurance? To cover my $50 wellness visits? Or to cover a $4,000 surgery? DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. They will find any excuse not to pay when you need it most.

Don't quite understand what you mean by 'review title', or would be happy to leave a sentence.
At my elderly age and my closeness to my pet, you have been there for me and helped my fears of having his care attended to when needed. My buddy is very important to me and it helps to know someone out there is on our side.

Excellent customer service
We've been with VPI/Nationwide for years. We're very pleased with the coverage and customer service. Prices have gone up some, a little bit higher than I would have hoped. However with our last dog we had 4 major issues that, out of pocket initially, was over$13,000 but we were reimbursed a huge portion of that. Well worth the cost.
