Worth every penny
This insurance has been a life saver. No one ever plans to have a per be sick but luckily for us we had this policy and it was a life saver. Great customer service and easy to deal with. Worth every penny and our pooch is feeling much better

Love This Insurance
If not for Nationwide Pet Insurance I don't think I could have managed my vet bills when my almost 2 year old began getting sick. They have provided excellent customer service and almost all of the costs have been covered. True to their word the claims are managed within 30 days and that is most appreciated. I have to say I will not mind when the time comes where I'm paying for insurance but my dog only needs routine exams - the peace of mind in knowing there is help is more than worth it to me. I recommended this insurance to many friends and I know of at least 1 that has it now. I also recommend it to those on social media when they ask for recommendations on insurance. Thank you for being there Nationwide.

Nationwide insurance has been a God send for our beloved Colt. He was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease last year and his medication is pretty expensive. I would not be able to keep up his care without the help of Nationwide. I will never own a pet again that is not protected from birth!

ASPCA is very easy to work with. Very understanding and helpful. Also, love the follow up phone calls to see how my pet is doing. They were also very sympathetic when my dog Jessie passed away. They were very kind and caring.

Pleased with process & outcome, wish that customer service was a little more imformative in the beginning.
Hi! So glad we have insurance for Ku - who knew he'd eat a rug while we were away on vacation & need to have emergency surgery. Our poor, poor house sitter. We were so pleased to have been covered for this incident. The only request I have, is that customer service be a little more informative about coverage's. When we first found out that he needed surgery, we immediately called Nationwide. Given this was our first emergency & I didn't know the "right" questions to ask, but it would have been nice to know that besides the actual surgery that most of the pre & post was covered as well. As this was no small surgery - we were quoted $3500-$6500, and the rep stated that the max we were covered for was $1510. Obviously with us being on vacation this put quite the damper on the party, besides the stress of our little boy having to have an operation & us not being there to comfort him. We ended up getting a credit card from the vet (luckily w/ 0% for a year) to cover expenses. Until we received our reimbursement, which was all but the deductible - HEAVEN SENT! All that stress for nothing.

Xena, my fur baby, was having problem, subluxation of her knee (sliding knee cap). She was very active as most Boston Terrier are and this condition slow her down, This insurance made it possible for her to have the operation. I received 90% of the cost of the entire procedure. after down loading the app on my cell phone it was a matter of a few questions, take a picture of the bill attaching it and submitting the bill. They are very good at explain what might not be covered,but this again was in the contract when I signed up. I used my cell phone to submitted my claims but they have various ways of doing it in case you don't feel comfortable using you mobile phone. I am very happy I got this coverage the cost of the insurance difinitely paid for itself with this procedure. My Xena is back to her old self again and she is enjoying her long walks again. Thank you.

Good, but slow
Love having insurance, gives me added peace of mind. Nationwide does take a long time to approve claims, but I am fairly happy. Would love the ability to file a claim online instead of faxing the document.
