The claims process was quick and easy. I did the whole process in less than 5 minutes and the claim was paid directly into my bank account within 5 calendar days. Impressive.

Response time was great!
I recently took my dog to get his yearly vaccination shots. The claim process was simple and the response time was great! The amount covered was easily understandable. If you have a pet, Pets Best is indeed the Best!!!! I would and have recommended Pets Best to everyone I know with a pet.

The best User friendly process ever!

I wish I had ASPCA pet insurance for myself!!
ASPCA pet insurance is the best! It is so easy to use, and the turn-around time for reimbursement is so quick! The ease of submitting the claims is great because you can do everything online, and even keep track of the status. The customer service is great. I even had someone call to check on how my dog was doing. So happy I chose ASPCA pet insurance. :)

I have been absolutely amazed at the service from Nationwide Pet Insurance. I have had no problems with submitting claims and the payments have bee made in a timely manner. I certainly shopped around for the very best for Howard Huge...and I certainly received the Best. Thank you Nationwide you are the BEST.

Great insurance
What a wonderful pet insurance company. I love being able to easily email the claim form and supporting details and have Nationwide always follow-up quickly. In addition, when our dog unexpectedly had to undergo emergency surgery and passed away, their sensitivity and compassion were remarkable. I can’t express how much I appreciate their concern and thoughtful words. I highly recommend.
