I am happy
I am happy I was sent an email letting me know my claim had been delayed within a little over a week. I think two days later I was notified of the decision. The promptness of the delay notification was impressive. This way I knew the status of my claim. Thank you.

Blessing!!!
Nationwide Pet Insurance has proved to be a true blessing to assist in helping to keep Sasha Rose in as good of health condition as we have been able. Appreciate so much especially accepting the Vet diagnosis for her intestinal problem requiring the I/D supplemental food. First time I've had insurance for a pet, especially so important now as an 80 years old retiree who is finding retirement savings dwindling, but so important to have Sasha Rose with me. Great Experience with a claim for an injured knee and surgery.
Forms were easy to fill out. Information needed was easy to find. Called once on status and Insurance company was waiting on information they needed for the Vet. It was nice that they could till me why claim was still pending. Payment was directly deposited into account.
