They make it easy to file claims.and let you know that your claim has been received and being worked on. Pets best is very good in responding to calls and questions. I always recomend them to people at the veterinary hospital, Meridian Canine Rescue and anyone else looking for insurance. Treasure Valley Veterinary recommended them to me.

Grateful I have Embrace Insurance!
Unfortunately, my dog, Spartan, has had a run of bad luck with a torn ACL and two times with Mast cell tumors. I was very pleased with Pets Best insurance from the moment I decided on pet insurance customer service was very pleasant to talk to and my claims process was very easy and they completed my claim in a timely manner and when my claim took longer than it was supposed to they sent me an email as to why it was taking too long.
