I am very pleased with Figo
I have had Figo coverage for one year. The customer service is excellent. If you have questions they are eager to help and explain well. They are always pleasant and helpful. I love how I can access all my pats info online and track appt's and vaccinations. I had to file a claim and things went smoothly. I was afraid that having a claim would greatly raise my cost, but it did not, and when I requested a change in coverage they granted it. I recommend this company to all my friends and consider it a necessity with the high cost of vet bills. I wish they covered a bit more preventative things lime teeth cleanings which are pretty expensive, even a percentage would be nice. Especially since dirty teeth can cause other health issues. Overall I am happy with the price I pay, as I am on disability I would love a $100 deductible rather $200, but my monthly premium is affordable.

Thank God I took out this insurance
I have insurance with Nationwide on all of my dogs and I was so horrified to find my 3 year old in liver failure with copper storage disease. But Nationwide has been here for me and made it so I can get the necessary care and diet she needs.

Easiest insurance to deal with
My dog Lucy suddenly fell seriously ill in December 2018. After three visits to the vet, including one to the Pet ER, we finally figure out that she had internal bleeding, cause unknown. Pets Best was there for me through it all and reimburses me the majority of my bills! I decided to get insurance for Lucy when she turned 7. Although completely healthy at the time, I wanted to make sure I would be able to care for her - just in case if an emergency. When she fell ill, I was very scared, but Pets Best was thee for me from Day 1! Filing my claims was the easy part of the long ordeal ahead of us. Prompt responses and fast processing allowed me to get the best treatment for Lucy. I'm happy to say that she's doing much better now, but we still have follow-up visits and blood tests ahead of us, which, so far, Pets Best has been amazing in dealing with as well. Since this ordeal, I've been adamant about getting all my pet parents to sign in with Pets Best! This must, by far, be the easiest insurance to deal with. THANK YOU, Pets Best, for helping me save my Lucy!!!

Only takes a few minutes
Maxine has glaucoma which requires lots of medication. We therefore have lots of small claims to make so it is super important that the process be easy and fast. I just take a picture of my receipts and upload them. It only takes a few minutes.

Very good
We had a deep cut on our dogs paw. We had to go to an emergency clinic for treatment. Pets Best took care of 90% of the total bill. Just filled the receipt and it took a week to get the money. Very good
