AMAZING! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Healthy Paws is THE BEST! My dog is 1 year old & had to get ACL surgery. They made it such an easy & smooth process! They paid directly to my clinic & there were absolutely no questions asked. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!!

Nationwide is excellent pet insurance.
Nationwide is excellent pet insurance. Their customer service reps are knowledgeable, friendly and answer questions or take care of problems with only one call. The claim process is easy and explanation of benefits clear. My only negative comment would be that the policy year benefits are not high enough for serious disease. My cat was diagnosed with intestinal small cell lymphoma. The diagnosis was a long and expensive process. The costs were higher than the yearly benefit resulting in additional out of pocket expenses for me.

Slow customer response after a call
I called for help to reset my password. I was on hold for 20 minutes and then told they would have to call me back the next day. We agreed on a time and still haven’t heard from the company.

Great all the way around
We have had Embrace for several years and have always found them to be easy to wok with and both prompt and helpful in settling claims. Our pet has had a couple of significant medical issues and dealing with Embrace has always been one of the very least stressful parts of dealing with the pets issues. Their rates are reasonable and their service is excellent, what more could you ask!

Exactly what I want
This was exactly what I want in a claims process. Simple, quick, and easy to understand. Just log on, fill out the form, upload the receipt, and boom done. The only thing I'd like more would be an email letting me know when it was accepted. I got these in the past, but not for this most recent one.
