I like easy when it comes to searching and retrieving info. It was easy to add my fur balls to a new plan; however, you cannot remove a pet who has died. You have to call to do that.

We had to submit 4 claims over the course of three weeks due to our pup’s illness. They were all approved within hours of submitting them online. The process was extremely easy to complete. I highly recommend this company.

I called to remove her from insurance. the lady I talked to was amazing,personable and sympathetic to my situation. she made it easy. I would look to them with my all my other babies. it means alot when they care.
