Less than a 72 hour process

I'm a new customer with Pets Best, and this was my first claim for my new puppy, Bailey. She had her 4 month puppy shot and got her microchip. I filed my claim the evening of her visit, it was processed the next business day, and the money was in my bank account the day following. All in, I think it was easily less than a 72 hour process. If things continue to be this smooth and easy, I'll be a very happy long-term customer! Thanks!!

Pet insurance is a necessity

I am very satisfied with my recent claim with pets best. they followed through as soon as they received my claim information. then e mail me back promptly every time I have questions. they have been working hard to get detail information regarding my claim. once they have all the information, they process my claim efficiently. I am glad I choose pets best insurance for my dog, hachi. he is in good health. however, dogs are like humans. they do get sick. pet insurance is a necessity for pet owners to get the peace of mind. I am happy and hachi is happy too. thanks.

I'd recommend Pet's Best to anyone

I called because my claim needed attention. The image of my receipt wasn't legible. I resubmitted with a new picture of the receipt and called to see if that was all I needed to do. Wendy was professional, caring and very helpful. She checked the uploaded image and said it still was blurry. She offered to call my vet and have them fax the invoice directly to Pet's Best. She then offered to call me back and let me know the results of her call. I had let my vet know that they could get paid directly from Pet's Best and if anyone was inquiring about pet insurance, Pet's Best was indeed the Best. I had told Paula this when I paid my vet bill, before I even started my claim. I'd recommend Pet's Best to anyone looking for a pet insurance company that cared about it's pets and owners as much as I care about my pet. Thank you so much, Heather and Sammi

Best Pet Insurance company ever, friendly helpful staff, keep you updated and send rebate checks on time all the time

Best Pet Insurance company ever, friendly helpful staff, keep you updated and send rebate checks on time all the time. I have spoken to very friendly polite staff when setting up my service, never had to contact them with any problems. Definitely Top grade company!!! Highly recommend!!!

Timely and fair health insurance for my Newfoundland

Easy to fill claim form and quick response on my latest claims; hence, customer service and ease of claim are rated highest at "10". Overall claim rating is "9" due to amount deducted from the amount paid.

Not impressed

Not worth the headache. I’ve had to explain 3 times now on our claim that we’ve provided all records we have on our puppy and all records from his emergency visit and they keep asking for the same information. I physically went and picked up these records and provided them. My vet also stated they needed a fax from Figo with the requested info and never got one. I’d say look elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.
