Timely

Nationwide made it easy to file my claims and were really great at keeping me updated on my claims online. Also customer service online was great at helping me figure it if my policy was going to possibly cover my claims or not.

Very happy

Teddy unfortunately tore his ccl and we had to get surgery about 2 days after we brought our daughter home from the hospital. Though it took nationwide over 30 days to determine if it was pre existing they paid for the portion! We were so relieved to have nationwide on our side.

Difficult to know what is and isn’t covered

I have some peace of mind knowing that part of a medical emergency may be covered but it is always a surprise when the EOB comes to see what was and what wasn’t covered. It also takes about 30 days for a claim to go through. It’d be nice to get some indication around 15 days on status of the claim. Is it still in process? Waiting for approval?

Great investment in your pet.

I have had Nationwide insurance for my dog Otis for years. I am very happy with them. I find they cover a significant part of the expense for Otis' medical care. Claims are processed quickly and are easily understood. Particularly as Otis gets older I feel this is a very important investment in his health and my sense of security. You can't go wrong with Nationwide.

So happily surprised

My company offers this service for us and with a new puppy I signed up. I was ready to have to deal with complicated process for claims and documentation. As of this moment, I could. Nationwide gives me peace of mind for my best friend!

Getting Nationwide Insurance for my Labrador Charlie is the best decision we ever made! We finally have peace of mind that our doggie is covered if anything were to happen to him medically. Nationwide is the best!

My 7 year old rescue terrier mix needed dental work. We took him in and he needed 10 teeth pulled! It was frightening!! Not to mention very expensive. Nationwide was there for us. From the first questions to filing the claim! Very concerned for Tony and helpful. Everyone was taken care of....quick, easy and a fast pay out!!! Thank you Nationwide!!! We love you❤️❤️❤️

Very simple and fast claims process

Easy to use and very fast claim processing time. When looking for insurance I heard several stories about how companies find every reason to not pay a claim. Unfortunately I’ve had several vet visits resulting in several bills submitted to ASPCA Pet Insurance but I have yet to have one issue with them being processed. All claims have been paid quickly with no questions asked. They even call to see how my dog is doing after I submit claims. Highly recommend this company to anyone.
