Great experience with Fetch customer service!

I just adopted a kitten and was unsure what pet insurance would be best for her needs and my budget. I called Fetch customer service and spoke with Aileen. She answered all of my questions and even gave me a discount! Aileen was great, and I feel much more at peace now that my kitten is covered:)

They can pay their claims

They can pay their claims. My dog died in May, 2025 and I have paid 8 years of premiums on time. When I filed the only claim for Lola they have given me the biggest runaround and as of October, 2025 I have not seen a dime. Now they only answer my inquires with a standard email about going to their help page. I have filed a Complaint with BBB and that got their attention for about 3 weeks. I am now filing a Complaint with the Georgia Insurance Commissioner's office and will take them to small claims court if this doesn't yield results. My dog died and they could care less. Horrible Company!!!

Multiple problems with numerous submitted claims not entered in the claims system and numerous delays due to the need to resubmit them and the need to contact customer service. Therefore, numerous delays with claim reimbursements. Also, given information on several occasions that is not consistent from customer service representatives.
