Pets Best is the Best!

I had used Pets Best previously for one of my fur babies. I always received great service, policy information was clear and they always answered any questions I had. When my dog passed, I forgot to cancel my policy. A few weeks later after submitting my last claim, they also reimbursed me for the two months I had overpaid, without me even asking. I already had a high opinion of Pets Best but this simple action after the loss of our pet elevated my view. They were the obvious choice when we decided to get pet insurance for our current 5 fur babies. Service is just as wonderful! They have policies that fit everyone's budget. Communication is great! I have never had an issue and will continue using them with any future pets we have. Highly recommend them!

Great experience with Fetch Pet Insurance. Submitting a claim was extremely easy, and uploading documents was simple and straightforward. If any paperwork was missing, Fetch took care of contacting the vet directly, which made the process stress-free. The reimbursement was completed within a reasonable time frame, and I was kept informed every step of the way. I received updates on my claim status throughout the process, including confirmation when the funds were deposited. Overall, very smooth and transparent experience.

Always reimbursed, but customer service lacks

Title explains it all. I’m always reimbursed, but the claims can take a month or two to be processed. And customer service is lacking, can take weeks to get a response.

Waste of time and money

I’ve been paying Embrace insurance while still paying for my pet visits, they won’t settle my first claim or reimbursement anything even after providing information that my vet gave me, that they requested. They claim they need even more information. Looks like a scam, they should be ashamed. Whoever is considering this insurance shouldn’t consider it unless you like to just pay bills because you will be paying for you pet visits/ procedures while still paying them and won’t be reimbursed at all. They made my pet visit so complicated and undesirable with how many times I had to contact my vet and forward information only to have them say they need more!!!!! Terrible.
