Spot Pet Insurance is the Best!!

Spot Pet Insurance is the Best!!! Preventative care being offered, easy process to submit claims, incredible customer service and insurance agents are always super friendly, compassionate, and nice. They actually care about my sweet girl. Everytime I’ve called for questions or help they always ask how she’s doing. We just had to get a huge surgery done for our girl and I called ahead of time to send them the estimate. They processed it in my account so when I submitted the final bill for the surgery it was a super smooth process. Turnaround time for reimbursement is super fast and efficient. I’ve always received reimbursement and completed claims within less than 2 weeks. Typically we see claims completed and reimbursement around 1 week from the claim date. Very fast, very reliable, no hassle, and always friendly. I recommend Spot to my friends and family and will continue to use them for my girl Riot and any future animals I decide to get! Best decision I ever made was going through this company for Pet Insurance!

Consistently Caring and Reliable 🐾💛

Spot Pet Insurance has been wonderful to work with. After losing a parent last year, I brought home my sweet dog, and like most new pet parents, I’ve had my share of vet visits for normal care and minor health issues. We’ve even had a couple of ER visits recently, and in the midst of the stress of being in the pet ER, it was comforting and gave me peace of mind knowing we were covered by such a dependable and caring company. Every claim has been handled quickly and compassionately, with clear communication and prompt reimbursement. I’ve already recommended Spot to friends because of how consistent and supportive they’ve been. Truly grateful for their care and reliability.

My Pets Best Insurance Experience

"I had never purchased pet insurance before. However, after my dog had a very expensive illness, I decided it was time to try it. I researched veterinary insurance, & Pets Best was one of the top 5 rated companies. I chose Pets Best for a couple reasons; my senior dog (15) could be covered, there were a variety of options with regard to coverage, premiums, & coinsurance, & the website was very user friendly. After my dog had been covered for approximately 10 months, she was diagnosed with a very aggressive lymphoma & had to be euthanized less than 2 weeks later. I submitted the vet bills online. Processing took a couple weeks, but I received emails during that time, keeping me updated on where my claims were in process. Also during that time, my quarterly payment was automatically charged to my credit card, a couple of days after my dog had died. I knew I had to call to cancel the policy, but I was so grief-stricken that I just didn't care. I was willing to sacrifice a couple hundred dollars to delay having to deal with it. It turned out that I didn't have to sacrifice the money or make the phone call. A few days later, I received an email from Pets Best expressing condolences for my loss, letting me know that my dog's policy had been cancelled as of the day after her passing, I would be refunded that quarterly premium, and also refunded the pro-rated portion of the previous quarterly premium. I can not begin to express how grateful I am for the prompt & caring service! It will be quite a while before I'm ready to get another dog, but when I am, I will be returning to Pets Best for veterinary insurance."
