Was not paid for operation because there were no pre existing vet visits. To me that means no pre-existing problems. Canceled my coverage after receiving no help. Would not recommend this company.

My online sign in was non functional
My online sign in was non functional. I had some very useful resolution from the insurance rep and his technical team. I was able to recoup an expensive vet visit for the injectable medications used to treat my wonderful dog!

New MyPetCloud portal is full of issues
Original portal to upload claims was not the best, but it worked. The new mypetcloud portal doesn't work at all. Reviewing my most recent claims, the claim amount shows as $0 and the attachments are just the generic confirmation emails from petsplusus and not the actual invoice or claim. So there's no way to know what was actually being claimed. Attempting to upload a new claim via the browser and after going through mutliple pages of clicking and entering 1 piece of information per page, it tells you it failed to submit the new claim. Also, don't try to use the mypetcloud.com site via your phone as it will force you to download the app and won't allow you to use the website.
