DEFINITELY recommend Healthy Paws
DEFINITELY recommend Healthy Paws pet insurance!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My American Bulldog has allergies and need meds daily plus immunotherapy shots 3x per month. Even as premiums have increased due to my dog's age, the reimbursement for these meds exceed the premiums. Plus, as an older dog (and my service dog) he has needed additional veterinary care and physical therapy which would really hurt while living on military disability, if I didn't have HEALTHY PAWS! Submitting invoices and medical records is extremely easy via the web or their app. And typical settlement from the claim is about 3 days (even over weekends). I doubt I'll ever get another dog, but if I do, or if I can ever provide a bit of advice to other pet owners, I will always recommend pet insurance and Healthy Paws 🐾

MetLife Pet is the best!
MetLife pet insurance has been a life saver in helping me with the high costs of veterinary bills. I have an older rescue pup that has required some unforeseen procedures MetLife has been there for me. Very easy to submit claims, they answer all my questions when needed and claims are finalized in a timely manner.

A HUGE SCAM & WASTE OF MONEY
Three months ago, I submitted a simple $90 claim for a urinalysis because my cat was showing delayed urination. The claim was initially denied because Pets Best said they didn't receive drs notes. I got them the drs notes and 6 weeks later, as well as 4 phone calls and three emails later (all a huge waste of my time, not even worth the $90 reimbursement), and the claim remains UNPROCESSED. Meanwhile, they have no trouble extracting $126 from me every month for their monthly fee. For what? SO I can waste my time on phone calls, emails, and paperwork? Save your money. Don't waste it on this scam of a company.

You have addressed our needs. Answered promptly to our claim. Our little Bo, A Persian, himalayan cat possible has glaucoma that has in the past caused high blood pressure. He has visited the Heart and eye specialist and you have made everything easy for us. Respecting our feelings.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great! However somehow my phone number was not on my profile so instead of emailing me they just didnt contact me to let me know. My payment back to me is now delayed.

I wouldn't say I had a great experience but a bit disappointed one ,due to the fact that I put in a claim Spot would say they didn't receive the receipt they needed even though I sent them multiple times . Finally a family member helped me by calling them and strongly ask why they wouldn't reimburse me for my claim . Then I was sent reimbursement. I don't like to raise my voice at anyone, but I guess that's how the world workes now.

Help in a Sad Time
My dog's kidney failure finally became so advanced that he finally crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I filed a claim for the final vet bills, including the euthanasia, and I received a response the next day regarding the payment reimbursement. As he was the only dog on the policy, Pet's Best also notified me that they canceled my policy and the remaining amount would be refunded to me. I appreciated the very quick resolution to my claim, but even more so, I appreciated that they automatically took care of the details regarding my policy; I didn't have to call during the time I was grieving. I didn't have to speak out loud my sorrow and ask to cancel my policy and ask for my money back. They were thoughtful enough during this hard time to do this little thing that took a great burden off of me. Whenever the time comes for me to get another dog, I will absolutely trust Pet's Best to have our best interest at heart and take care of us throughout everything. I have had them for many, many years and through every vet visit, Pet's Best was wonderful in reviewing and reimbursing my claims.
