The website gives clear guidance on what documentation needs to be provided and uploading files is very easy. I've been so happy with MetLife Pet Insurance that I recently added my other two cats.

Customer Service

I’ve been trying to contact them and accessing their website for over a week. Nothing. Keep getting bounced back to log in screen. Tried calling no answer. On face book stated they are doing updated maintence. Taking over a week? Piss poor. Can’t even answer the phone when you call? There is NO quality customer service here. Will be looking for new insurance company for my dog. Will ask my vet who they recommend.
