I've had my cats with Embrace Pet Insurance for years and wouldn't insure them with any other company. The representatives are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, supportive, and the claims are processed very quickly. The website is user friendly and easy to upload claims. This is a scam. I trusted them because he works whit Costco but they don't pay you for claims. They use the excuse of pre existing condition. I canceled my policy.
