Healthy Paws is the BEST
We love healthy paws and have been with them for almost 5 years now. All 3 of our dogs are insured through them. They are excellent to work with and reimbursements are quick and easy. We will never go without pet insurance and always recommend healthy paws to anyone that asks!!

Nationwide for the win!
My husband and I have used Nationwide for our pets for 10 years. It’s been hasslefree and very easy to use. So grateful that we have our pets protected with them! We just signed up our two new puppies and Ariel was very knowledgeable, efficient and flat out kind!

Easy, fast claims process
Recently submitted a claim for our dog’s TPLO knee surgery. Process for submitting is very straightforward and easy. I was super impressed with how quickly the claim was reviewed and processed. We recieved our payout in under two weeks from the day we submitted.

Avoid Pets Best
I will never recommend Pets Best to anyone, and I will actively advise others to avoid this company. Because of this experience, I am canceling my Pets Best policy as well as my Progressive Auto and Renters insurance. The claims process was unacceptable. The application failed, forcing me to submit multiple claims due to system errors. The claim then took nearly a month to process. When I attempted to get answers, I waited close to an hour on hold, only to speak with a representative who was rude, unhelpful, and unable to clearly explain the denial. I was told my claim was denied based on alleged prior, undiagnosed gastric issues, yet no one could provide clear documentation or explain where this information came from. Using a vague past mention of diarrhea to deny $5,000 in emergency veterinary coverage is unreasonable and misleading. This experience was unacceptable!
First Time Buyer
We've only had our rescue pup for 6 months. In that short time, he had to have 2 emergency surgeries. The first was for a foreign object in his intestine and the second was for a ruptured disc in his back. Pets Best kept us appraised on the status of the claims and paid them promptly. This is the first time we ever had pet insurance, and we are very happy we chose Pets Best!
