Hands down the winner isssssss your outstanding customer service and support! Owners are already stressed out enough over their furry family members without the added stress of filing claims. Trupanion Has Been There When My Dog Needed It Most
Recently my 12-year-old Husky needed her CCL repaired. The vet generated an estimate, Trupanion approved it in minutes, and she was able to get her surgery the same day. A few years ago she had to have a mass removed along with her pancreas. Same experience - the estimate was approved in minutes and she was able to get her surgery quickly. Each time the experience was smooth. No back-and-forth, no delays, no added stress. Most importantly, my dog got the care she needed when she needed it.

Easy From Start To Reinbursement
My experience with SPOT has been A+. Everything from the staff that picks up the phone, to uploading documents like vet notes and invoices was very easy. The turnaround time for processing a claim and the reimbursement were pretty quick and effortless. I love the app as it keeps you updated with what’s happening with your claim. I’m very pleased with SPOT!

Brandy was a SUPER help!!!! Restored my faith in the kindness of peoplle! She could give lessons on how to deal with senior citizens. Every generation has a different knowledge base. The younger generaation has a technology base. Seniors, like me (88 yrs old), have a much different knowledge base. I'll bet asking a youngster to do a treble crochet in the back loop, would leave them perplexed.
