I can’t imagine having to make a decision about getting your pet care based on cost
My Dog had liver surgery which had complications. He was discharged and then readmitted to the Animal Hospital for 5 days. The final bill was a fortune ($20K +) and not an amount that most people just have sitting around. I submitted 2 claims to Healthy Paws via their app and both were processed and paid out within a week. The reimbursement payout was exactly as laid out in my specific policy (90% reimbursement after deductible). I don’t know what we would have done had we not had pet insurance. I can’t imagine having to make a decision about getting your pet care based on cost. Healthy Paws really came through for us.

First time purchasing pet insurance
First time purchasing pet insurance. It’s a bit overwhelming when you sign up for quotes and suddenly your in-box is filled with quotes! I was so confused and called the 1st one in my email list which was Fetch. I had a wonderful rep, Christopher McCrae who was very thorough and explained everything to me. I feel confident that I made the best decision for my 2 fur babies. Thanks Christopher for answering all my concerns.

Our experience has been awful
Our experience has been awful. If it’s not one thing it’s another. You do ALL the work and they don’t communicate well about what’s still missing. The web site is hot garbage. Since the last update the double authentication doesn’t remember your device and the site itself has been broken for over a week. Can’t view anything or submit anything. Just get errors. Save yourself the headache and use a different company.

A much needed ER for your sick or injured pet!
Cladda Veterinary Emergency Team in Fredericksburg, Va was amazing during a recent emergency visit that turned into a hospitalization. Ruby my 9.5 yr old Frenchie suddenly got very sick with something attacking her liver. She was quickly taken back and testing and treatment started immediately. They even allowed me to go into the back for goodnight hugs and kisses. I was updated often and they sent me adorable photos of her. They kept in communication with Ruby's primary vet and even had the ultrasound doc come in on an unscheduled day to scan her. I found out about this place when my boyfriends dog was very sick and was turned away by multiple vet hospitals. I would highly recommended this emergency hospital if you want quick response time for your sick or injured animal. Ruby received wonderful care and is doing amazing well!

13% reduction in coverage without clear/transparent notice
Unfortunately, after having 4 policies with Fetch for several years, we would not recommend this insurer. They hide very significant, material changes to coverage in a lengthy legal documents instead of providing clear information to clients at renewals. As we confirmed with now 3 other clients, it is very likely they that many Fetch clients are unaware that the company effectively lowered their reimbursements by 13% by suddenly stopping to cover the Ontario HST. We only found out the hard way after submitting a claim. If you are an Ontario based client- I hope you’re aware

Nationwide covers bunnies!!!
So blessed that Nationwide covers rabbits! I got connected with Elaine and she was one of the nicest people I have ever talked with on the phone. I could seriously tell that she cared about making sure I was informed in making my decision for my bunny. The monthly payments are affordable and it’s nice to know I now have a safety net to rely on if something were to happen to my sweet girl. Thank you Nationwide and thank you to Elaine!!
