Thankful for Nationwide!

I'm so glad pet insurance exists and even happier that I decided to go with Nationwide after so much pet insurance research! They were the best fit for us. After I decided to adopt Levi, I knew (and was dreading) that there would come a time when he would need emergency care of some kind other than his regular checkups. In addition to feeling fully covered, I am extremely happy with Nationwide's EASY process of submitting a claim. I've been stressed out before and didn't had the time to sign in on a computer so submitting a claim through the app on my phone was the easiest thing I've ever done. The email follow-ups that you get about the status of your claim are so helpful and keep you informed so you have an idea of how much longer you have to go until you are reimbursed. Nationwide has given me the peace of mind that I never thought I would have while owning a dog. Levi is everything to me and Nationwide has helped me keep him safe and healthy. Since getting pet insurance for Levi, I never again need to hesitate to take him for a visit if I feel concerned about something. I can go to work relaxed, knowing that he is going to be okay because Nationwide is there for us.

Very Impressed

Being 64 years old, I have had many dogs in my life. Have thought about pet insurance but never pursued it. After researching several companies, and reading many reviews, I found ASPCA seemed to be the best fit for me and my French Bulldog puppy. Unfortunately he got an ear infection at an early age so I have had two claims thus far. True to their word, ASPCA processed both of my claims/payments very quickly (within 2 weeks) . It was also very convenient my payment was automatically deposited into my bank account. Their website is VERY user friendly and you can track your claim through that way or over your mobile phone app. Just recently, I had a phone call from their customer service asking how my pup was doing and my opinion on how I thought my claim(s) were handled. I was so pleasantly surprised, happy and very impressed at this customer service. In this world we live in, it is so hard to find this kind of treatment and it really made me feel like they truly cared how my pup was doing. Thank you ASPCA!

Excellent and honest coverage!!!

My recent claim was a bit complex due to the nature of my kitty’s visit and took a little while longer than normal to get specialists notes. However, we have had this policy for over a year and it has been wonderful. Quick payments and easy submission of claims through the VitusVet app. Everything that they promise to cover is covered! Our whole pet wellness plan has been such huge sigh of relief! Love love love Nationwide!

Seamless, quick and easy claims processing

First claim was submitted with Nationwide and the online portal made it very quick and easy. The portal was very user friendly, we got a prompt notification of status changes. Overall very a happy with insurance coverage and ease of system.

100% Satisfied!!!

SO happy I decided to go with ASPCA pet insurance! Our doggie, Gunnar, tore both CCL's within several weeks of each other. I submitted my claim to ASPCA and they handled the claim seamlessly & kept me updated every step of the way. The whole process could not have been any easier. They even called to check up on Gunnar and see how he was doing. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received! I have already recommended them to friends :)
