I wish my personal health claims were treated like my dog's claims

I was a skeptic about buying insurance on my dog. I am so happy with my decision because the company is so easy to work with. Claims are processed in a timely manner and there is a constant communication with the company as to status.

Appreciate Nationwide's Service!

Quick Turnaround and Reimbursement

I can't say enough about this pet insurance. I have four cats and all of them are insured. For this particular claim, my youngest cat had an issue with his leg. We brought him to the emergency vet who had X-rays done and they recommended a surgical consult. We ended up going to another emergency vet the next day and our kitty had to have a femur head and neck excision which is basically removing the ball of his femur. Knowing we had pet insurance, we went ahead with the surgery. It wasn't cheap. Based on our coverage, Nationwide covered the entire thing 90% (including the first vet visit, less the affordable deductible). We were reimbursed in a weeks time and there was no hassle or fight. I have had to make other claims with this insurance (dental, cancer, etc) and it's been the same every time. We love this insurance and plan to continue using it for years to come.

Extremely Happy with Service & Coverage

I am extremely pleased with the level of service and coverage our dogs receive through ASPCA. The claims are always handled quickly and efficiently. All my questions are addressed immediately and satisfactory. I highly recommend this insurance.

The claim process was easy, usually receive confirmation with 24 hours, and depending on the amount, will receive reimbursement within five days. For the most part, representatives are helpful and caring about your pet!
