With Nationwide Pet Insurance I don't have the worry of the vet visit cost and can go in with a stress free mindset.
Everytime I have a question about my policy, I am met with reassurance. My 10 year-old yorkie visits the vet quite often whether it's an emergency or wellness/illness check up. It's reassuring to know that I can get the best care for my little man knowing that i will get reimbursed in a timely manner.

Fast, easy and efficient
I have ASPCA for my 3 dogs for several years already ; I selected the premium myself the first time and then a customer services Rep helped me to select a better plan. Since then, everything have been so easy; the Reps are always helpful, caring and informative I do have the App which make to submit the claims a breeze . Am so satisfied w ASPCA that I recommend it to all my friends with furry children

Insensitive
The last claim I submitted for my dog was for is care at the end of his life, I just got a follow up email saying that Nationwide hoped he was getting better. I realize this is probably an auto mailer, but my dog died, he’s not going to get better.

Customer Service Rep (Shae) went out of her way to be helpful
I never leave reviews, but I really was impressed at the customer service with Figo. My 8 month old puppy contracted kennel cough that quickly led to pneumonia and hospitalization. I was so worried about my dog and the accumulating bills. Shae went out of her way to get the info that was needed from my vet and regularly followed up with me. The app is super easy to use. It made such a difference.

Will always recommend Healthy Paws!!!
Healthy Paws is THE BEST! They make it so easy to file a claim, they are great at communicating where you are in the process and the best part, they so fast in reimbursing! If only human insurance were so efficient! I had to call once for a bill I thought was a mistake (it was just miscommunication) and it was handled right away and the customer service rep was so nice and helpful! I recommend healthy Paws to everyone I know who gets a puppy!

Trupanion made a difficult time so much easier
I never had pet insurance before and I always thought it would be too expensive, but the policy with Trupanion was surprisingly affordable. I only had the policy for a little over four months when my 13-year-old cat became ill. The claims process was so easy - everything was done online and it only took minutes. Trupanion was very reassuring that they would "take it from here" and they did. They were also very kind while my cat was ill, and even more so when she passed away. They emailed their condolences and I even received a lovely card in the mail, which meant so much to me. I never thought I'd say these things about an insurance company, but Trupanion is an amazing company with wonderful, compassionate customer service. I have already recommended them to friends and when my heart is ready for another feline companion, I will be their customer again.

Very user friendly
ASPCA Pet Insurance has been very important in the care of our three dogs at various ages and stages of life. Customer service is excellent and the online submission of claims works seamlessly. It is something you hope not to use, but we have made frequent use and have felt like it has been a very good value. Most recently, our 1 1/2 year old had a major hospitalization (which fortunately resolved itself without surgery) and our claim was handled promptly and reasonably.
