Any claims that I have submitted for Harper have been promptly processed. The forms are easy to fill out and submit. If I’ve had a question, all I’ve had to do is call and I get an answer right away form a courteous customer service rep.

What can I get out of paying?
We had both our dogs "insured" with Figo. WORST CARRIER EVER! I am not going to go into great detail, but just know that they will try to weasel their way out of paying a legit claim. I am in investments/insurance and my husband is a claims adjuster so we are in this field and tend to know how claims work. My dog had fecal impact, we had the plan for almost 6 months by this point. They denied the claim stating it was a "pre-existing condition". I do not need to explain that if you my dog was impacted for over 6 months, my dog would have her angel wings. I filed a BBB complaint and they later adjusted it, we received a $1.99 reimbursement and we met our deductible. Well, we cancelled our plan. I asked them to go back and review all of the other claims they labeled as "pre-existing conditions" and I have not heard a peep. They tried to save face knowing that we cancelled our plan just to appease BBB. Nice try. We all know what you did, Figo. I left reviews on their FB page and SEVERAL other had similar complaints. There are many reputable companies out there, I would research before buying into their plan.
