Excellent insurance for our dog

Very good customer service, helpful & caring people. I am truly sorry that I had to cancel my insurance for Harley, but I am no longer, at this time, able to afford to pay for it. Excellent claim service!

Thank you for checking up on Tucker. He is back to his normal playful self with a six inch surgical scar on his belly! Your help with the cost of his medical care was appreciated. Helpful staff, but a long wait time for first claim

Mattie's initial claims included a surgery. We did not find out if that claim was accepted for two months and that was a bit stressful. Other than the wait time, the service has been wonderful. I also used the vet helpline and that staff-member was wonderful. Mattie is getting better every day more and more.

The best pet insurance i have ever had!

Nationwide has provide us with amazing customer service as well as quick payments for all of our claims. The online forms have been super easy to complete and response time has been very quick. Dealing with our sick pet has been overwhelming, but Nationwide has made our claim requests quick and effortless and has always reached out to check on our pet. Thank you and will definitely be renewing next year.

Awesome

Thank you for being there.. About a year ago Teddy started limping. He tore his CCL and he was not bad enough to need surgery so we are doing preventative maintenance. Hopefully he will not need surgery. Thank you for processing the claims in lightening speed!!! That is awesome. And thank you for always sending a "checking up on Teddy" email.

A wonderful company

I cannot say enough about Healthy Paws. I used to have VPI pet insurance and they were nowhere near as good. I switched to Healthy Paws when VPI denied a claim for giardia treatment claiming they don't "pay for parasites." Even though there is no preventative for giardia. I am so glad I switched ! Healthy Paws is a pleasure to deal with.
