I have insured all my pets with ASPCA Pet Health Insurance. Each time I connect with the office I am overwhelmed by the level of care and compassion. The team understands the policies and coverage options and takes great care to go through them. When I have lost pets, the team truly cares. This company isn't just about premiums, they are about pets.

My dog likes to explore in the woods. He gets hurt now and again. Every time I have submitted a claim, Pets Best reviews it, approves it and funds it. I am used to Insurance Companies looking for a way or reason to DENY claims. What a pleasant surprise to do business with an Insurance Company who is there when You need them and performs the function that you pay for.

Very unhappy with coverage.
