I tried to insure my rescue doodle with the insurance company I had for my other dog. This company wanted all sorts of documentation that I couldn't provide because the dog is a rescue. Pets best is consistently fair
I have used Pets best insurance for our cats for more than 12 years and we have had a lot of claims during that time. I have found Pets best to be consistently fair and have never had any problems with them denying a claim that I felt should be covered. Actually, it's been just the opposite because sometimes I am surprised that a service qualifies for coverage under my policy such as tooth extractions. Their phone vet consult has helped solve my pets' health problems several times. I feel lucky to have connected with a vet on their help line who has more than 30 years of clinical practice experience. In addition, filing a claim could not be easier. I am completely satisfied with my Pets best coverage and often recommend them to others.
