Amazing pet insurance
I love that there is insurance for pets. I don't think I would have been able to have the mass removal procedure for my dog without it. Filing the claim was a breeze and I received my reimbursement quickly. I would highly recommend pet insurance.

Good but could be great
I usually submit several claims at a time and every time only about half are ever acknowledged. I emailed a couple months ago to ask a question about this and the agent was exceptionally rude. I like this service overall but the claims processing needs to be fixed and it should have an app platform to submit claims.
