Best Claims Service

My puppy most recently tore is dewclaw and had to see the vet! I was able to file my claim on my mobile phone the day we saw the vet! And I'm pretty sure I had payment from Nationwide to reimburse me within the next day or two! Pleasantly surprised at the consistent speed at which they acknowledge and process claims. I also find it so sweet that they send personalized notes out to check on my pet after a claim has been made.

ASPCA Insurance is wonderful

I don't normally write reviews, but ASPCA has been amazing. Our 10+ year-old rescue Australian Cattle Dog mix developed an auto immune disease and low-rider spine problems that has requires an expensive medication and treatments. ASPCA has been covering that medication, no hassle, prompt reimbursement, with really easy online claims processing. I also love how we were able to customize our co-insurance, deductible and maximum coverage to meet our needs. Their phone reps are caring and friendly.

This is the best insurance company better than my own personal one and that’s saying something.

This was my response back when Healthy Paws sent an e-mail asking how the surgery went. Hello. Ari is on his first week of recovery. He is doing really well. The surgery would not have been possible without Healthy Paws. We can’t thank the staff’s understanding and how quickly the claims are processed. The amount of stress with a loved pet with health issues is so hard and healthy paws and it’s staff take some of that burden off our shoulders. Reimbursement slowing

The time it takes to be reimbursed for a claim has literally doubled since we first signed up 3 years ago. This is disappointing, and an inconvenience. Hopefully there are plans to improve service levels.
