Nationwide is the best
Nationwide has been great in helping through a very difficult time with our dog. Without their assistance, we would not be able to do all of the testing to help figure out what is going on with our dog. Their customer service is also great.

So responsive and caring
Nationwide is the insurer to have if you have a sick pet or one the is perpetually injured. Claims are easy to submit and reimbursement is returned quickly. Their hotline has also been invaluable and were the ones to alert us that our pup’s cough should get checked out. Highly recommend!

The coverage is great! The web portal not so much
The coverage is great! I love that wellness visits and all his vaccines and prevention is covered. I do not like the web portal. It’s cumbersome and difficult to navigate. It was hard to find the link to VitusVet for the initial setup for ‘easy’ claims. Othellos breed is not listed in many places, but Is acknowledged in the initial quote section. Why is that? I wish there was a snapshot where we can see where we are with meeting the annual deductible, instead of opening all his documents and calculate it ourselves as best we could. Coverage is great. The web portal has room for improvement.
