I recently filed my first claim with Pets Best for a wellness check with vaccinations. The claim process was super simple, the processing and payment were very timely. This is my first experience with pet insurance and I am highly impressed with Pets Best!

Healthy Paws is the only reason my staffie is alive today. My puppy came down with an awful infection. The first week in the hospital was $17,000.00 alone. The assistance and care I received from the Healthy Paws staff was amazing. There was no "questioning" of the bill, no delay in payment, and the staff seemed to genuinely care. We have both of our pets with Healthy Paws and would never go with another company. We often recommend Healthy Paws to friends and after they compare other companies, they also end up with Healthy Paws. You cannot go wrong.

Not smooth at all.. Seemed I got a different answer every time.. Seemed to be questioning diagnose from Vet... Hope from this point forward its not like my last 2 claims Not sure about recommending your company..

So glad I got Pet Insurance
I am so glad I got Pet Insurance!! We brought home 2 mini Australian Shepherd (American Shepherds) about 3 years ago. Very healthy, active pups! My male started to have some pain in his left leg, hip area. I took him to University of Illinois Clinic and it turns out that he has some congenital abnormalities in his spin. So far Embrace has stepped up and paid claims for his diagnosis and care. This includes an MRI, spinal tap, and various other tests to get a diagnosis, plus medication and follow up visits. We are still in the process of figuring out what can be done to make him more comfortable, and I am so thankful that I got Embrace Insurance, I don't know what we would have done without it.

Claim payments have improved 100%
I recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance to everyone O speak with. I gave a very high recommendation to my vet, Rensselaer Pet Care. Customer service could use some work with individuals out payment of claims has improved. When VIP claims were paid within a week, Nationwide was at least 3 weeks, the last two claims have been paid very quickly, so great job on correcting this issue. Keep up the great work! I continue to be your advocate!
