Easy to use

I've had other insurance carriers and Nationwide by far has been the best and easiest to use and get reimbursed. I hoped to have it as a just in case but so far my Maggie has had some issues we had to deal with.

Covered Nose to Tail

Basic coverage, optional add-ons, etc. Nationwide provides it all. Customer Service goes the extra mile to find the right plan for the pet. Courteous and helpful every time I call. Definitely worth the peace of mind insuring my pet.

Super easy and no gimicks!

My dog ate a baby burp cloth and it caused an obstruction. The bill was close to $5K and submitting the claim was easy and simple. The payout happened quickly too with no gimmicks. Another thing I loved was they reached out later via email to see how she was doing. I could tell they cared and I wasn't just a "number."

Cancer finding.

Embrace seemed guenuinly sympathetic about the news. It was nice that the first conversation was not about whether or not the claim would be considered valid. We recieved a sympathy card that was incredibly nice and very personal with handwritten messages. The claim was fairly easy since there was limited paperwork, probly as good or better than any insurance claim. I rated it only an 8 because having to make a claim while losing a dear friend was aweful, and it took 2 months to get word of the completion of the claim. I have paid thousands of dollars in vet bills before getting insurance , and it was nice that during Tanks end of life I did not have to worry about the costs.

Nationwide is really on your side

I sent you a letter and I posted a very long positive tribute to how truly wonderful you were as an insurance company when our Heather got cancer and died. You were amazing and compassionate. I know since that time my girlfriend Maureen Riley has become a new customer. When it comes to my pets I cannot day enough positive wonderful things about your company. Totally awesome plus 10 I sent a wonderful, heartfelt thank you on line. I hope it was forwarded and all the parties received a positive acknowledgement for being a Great company and that is not something you ever hear in corporate America

Quick and easy process :)

I want to thank HP for making our claims process so quick and painless. We definitely appreciate the turn-around time and that's why I always recommend this insurance to my friends who have pets. I've processed about 6 claims with Healthy Paws and it never took more than 1.5-2 weeks to have my claims processed. Once it's processed, I have the option to direct deposit my refund which is amazing because I don't have to worry about losing a check in the mail, not that it has ever happened. But I recently switched to direct deposit and it's so much better in my opinion. My 5-year-old Chloe who is a mixed lab/terrier/pit has gone through 2 major surgeries and 1 minor injury from an accident and I am so happy I had this pet insurance that had my back when times were tough. The best part is that they've followed up with me after every surgery to make sure we were okay and that Chloe was in good recovery! Please get on this insurance ASAP. Plus, every time I refer someone, they donate to help homeless pets!!
