Headache-less
The only feature I would like to see added is viewing claim history submissions (such as comments, attachments, etc...), otherwise, customer service is fast, knowledgeable, seemingly organized, and noticeably caring towards me and my pet. The VitusVet app is so great and makes submitting claims SO easy, it takes me less than a minute no exaggeration. The beat part is that claims are processed quickly and reimbursement is deposited efficiently.

We took this health insurance out 7 years ago when Tucker was a puppy. It is fabulous insurance and well worth the price.
This insurance has been wonderful. It is easy to submit claims and they send checks immediately to us if claim is in order. If we got another dog, we would certainly use this insurance again. It is a pleasure dealing with these people and they are very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Greatly appreciate the very quick reimbursement payment for my cat's unexpected surgery which left me financially strapped.
Wonderful service from Nationwide for my cats. My one cat had an unexpected surgery for tooth extraction and Nationwide was extremely quick with reimbursement and even sent me a kind message checking in on my cat and making sure he was OK. Things were financially tight and their quick turnaround in payment was extremely appreciated.

If I have a dog, I have Healthy Paws Insurance
My dog has had a rough first 3 years. I signed up for Healthy Paws the week I adopted my dog Dex & it turned out to be the best thing I ever did. Dex started showing signs of pain shortly after he came home. Thanks to Healthy Paws I have been able to get him tested, diagnosed & treated for his discospondylitis. This has been extremely expensive & I am not sure I would have been able to get Dex the treatment he needed without insurance. He has since started to get better & is so happy & the healthiest he has ever been. I truly don't know where I or Dex would be without Healthy Paws. They have been there every step of the way & I can't thank them enough.

It's there for you especially when the unexpected happens
I'm very thankful that my pet has this insurance. Although the monthly premium seems high it has helped me by reimbursing me for much of the cost of my dogs health issues and several hospitalizations along with his wellness visits. They make it very easy to file a claim and my reimbursements are handled promptly. I always recommend to all new pet owners to contact Nationwide to get insurance right away.

The best Health Insurance for pets
I am very happy I chose Healthy Paws as pets Insurance. My dog had GI Surgery. After surgery he had to stay in the hospital for one night of observation. The total cost was 3200$. Healthy Paws covered everything. The claim process was very easy and quick. They deposited the money in my account in a few days. I highly recommend it to everyone.
