Peace of mind
As my girl has gotten older, she's developed hypothyroidism and some other medical conditions. :( Pets Best has made the claims process so easy and has not made me jump through hoops to receive reimbursement. This has made handling her issues so much easier, knowing I have that piece of mind! Thank you!

Milo's 1st Vet Visit
My kitten Milo, and myself went to Belcrest Animal Hospital a few weeks back for his first visit and shots. I used the invoice from the appointment that same day and filed a claim. Pets Best was quick to keep me updated and my reimbursement took no time at all to direct deposit. I am very much enjoying how comprehensive the app, and claims process have been so far.

Easiest claims submission portal and processing with friendly staff and rapid response!
We recently submitted a bulk of claims for our pets. My procrastination for submitting them was mostly because the last time I submitted claims it seemed a bit cumbersome. But, I sat down this past weekend and went to the Healthy Paws web portal where I noticed the process appeared very streamlined. I scanned in all of our receipts and sent them off as claims. I was fully prepared to be contacted for more information and/or to process each claim individually rather than in bulk. You can't imagine my surprise, relief, and gratitude when I started getting emails that claims representatives had taken each request and created individual claims for me! Not only that, but they were being processed and completed within days of their submission! Everyone seems spread thin these days just trying to get thru each day between work, home and taking care of these wonderful pets that share our lives, so all of this work by the claims department was such a blessing. I nearly cried when emails came back so quickly and each had been processed and reimbursement checks were being issued. Now that we know how easy and streamlined the web portal is, we will be able to scan and file our claims as incidents arise instead of letting them build up for a single submission. Healthy Paws has truly shown it is committed to helping us provide the best healthcare for our pups.

So much paperwork for a medical background needed for a straight forward claim
The veterinary hospitals and small vet practices don't want to deal with insurances - they told us this fact. Embrace insurance company wanted the background notes for a pet history. Consequently it took a very long time for the claim to finalize and I'm sure much hassling between Embrace and these providers to get the info they wanted/need. I'm guessing these providers don't want the overhead of the insurance claim process. This is the first pet we enrolled for insurance and it was a very frustrating process.

I couldnt give my pets healthcare without Nationwide
Without Nationwide my pets would not receive the medical care they need. Filing claims is a breeze and reimbursements are quick. From our pets, Bailey, Victoria, Savannah and Shade.....Thanks for being there for us

Extremely responsive
Nationwide Pet Insurance has always been great and I have recommended them to many dog owners. In the last six months, I have noticed a significant improvement in receiving claim reimbursements. It used to take a month or more to receive reimbursement in the past. Now I get my reimbursement in less than two weeks!

You processed the claim speedily and the process was easy. Scanned my docs, filled out the claim and emailed it. Claim was in bank quick.Very thankful for the ease of it all. Leo is almost ready to take off the collar (after 3 weeks) and get his stitches out this Friday. Very satisfied with the process. Thanks again.
