Took over a month to get it processed
I had to call three times about my two claims for Willow before they were reviewed and processed. My vet responded with the records the same day they were requested but I had to call to get you to request the records, then again to get the claim reviewed after I knew you had received them. It took over a month to get it done. I wonder if it would still be sitting there as "received" if I hadn't kept calling.

I am very happy with the claim process with Pets Best. Very easy to navigate online. Always quick response via email. I just noticed that the Claims are starting to take longer to process. That's my only criticism. I recommend PB to everyone with pets.

We really like even just the option of insurance for our pet! And Pets Best is easy to work with, prompt in payment & easy to understand the reason for payment & reason for certain items not covered. We will be adding another pet soon.

Appreciate the coverage
My cat became sick very rapidly and died unexpectedly..no time left for extensive tx. claims were not extensive and I had no expectation of reimbursement. i submitted claims w/o really thinking about details..just grieving..all were respectful of that except the vet, but that told me all I needed to know. We have since added Buster and appreciate this coverage.
