Vet Checkup for Cora
On 10/25 took Cora to my vet for checkup after adoption from shelter on 10/9, and visit to emergency clinic on 10/10. Because of that visit I purchased Pets Best insurance to cover future expenses. To my surprise and very happy that Pets Best reimbursed the majority of my total cost that included office visit and prescribed meds. I purchased a plan that covers teeth cleaning, a wise decision since this is something Cora will need due to her being a stray. On-line claim processing was easy and quick.

When I decided to switch to Nationwide for my dog's insurance I was afraid of doing so, I came from another company I had to leave for the ultrahigh cost and decided to take the chance with nationwide. Three months after switching Cancer came to our lives and I was terrified, but Nationwide was there for us during all the treatment. My dog Is enjoying an excellent quality of life and went through cancer thanks to you... An you are still today as the years go by, 11 years and counting... Thank you!

Great communicators
One thing is for sure. Nationwide is very good at communication-- mostly all of it through email correspondence. The claims process is clearly presented upon receipt of the initial claim, explanation of benefits, and follow-up. Even the occasional mailing of general cat wellness information is helpful.

We are so very lucky and grateful for nationwide pet insurance. Our sweet boy has benefited immensely from allowing us to give him the opportunity of the best heath care. I just moved to Florida recently and they are infested with Cane toads aka Bufo Frogs that are poisonous and can kill dogs and cats. My Frenchie Trudy swiped one a month ago and immediately went into full seizure. I rushed her to the ER (almost lost her actually)! They kept her overnight. It was a horrific experience. I submitted my claim and within a week or so I had a check from Nationwide in the mail with no questions asked, no red tape! I was sooo soo happy! You stand behind your product and everyone I spoke to was very caring and professional! Thank you for a happy ending to this horrific experience!
