Would not recommend this company
I would never recommend this company to a friend or family. When submitting a claim they sit on it until you call several times over a 2 month period. Then they deny a claim because of a preexisting condition which my dog never had. I had a policy paid in full for the year and had my dog to a vet 3x in the last 5 years. Don’t walk but run from this company. When and if you would need them they wouldn’t pay up

Easy, Seamless and Efficient
Going through an emergency with my pet was very stressful, painful and difficult. Embrace’s customer service along with other perks was super easy and it’s all done online. My check came in less than 2 weeks from the claim which was icing on the cake since I up-fronted it on a credit card. Thank you Embrace personnel for the efficiency!

Vet Checkup for Cora
On 10/25 took Cora to my vet for checkup after adoption from shelter on 10/9, and visit to emergency clinic on 10/10. Because of that visit I purchased Pets Best insurance to cover future expenses. To my surprise and very happy that Pets Best reimbursed the majority of my total cost that included office visit and prescribed meds. I purchased a plan that covers teeth cleaning, a wise decision since this is something Cora will need due to her being a stray. On-line claim processing was easy and quick.
