Best Dog decision we've made
This is the first time we have had pet insurance and we should have done it 9 Airedales ago !! Our daughter researched several pet insurance companies and strongly advised Healthy Paws. Our Airedale is 3 years old and unlike most Airedales has had several expensive health problems ..... we hoped never to have to use the insurance but are very grateful to have it. It is the easiest claim process of any kind of health insurance, download the app, snap a picture of your vet bill,and send to Healthy Paws...... and the reimbursement comes in quickly. On the rare occasion we have had to call with a problem, we have found the customer service people very helpful. It has been such a relief to not worry about the COST of the dog's care , and concentrate on the dog himself......Thank you Healthy Paws

Our cat Angel was very sick but she was very good at hiding it. One day she stopped eating and we took her to the doctor to find out her kidneys were shot.. she past away at home comfortable with her family..pets best was very helpful and they even sent us a beautiful card. Thank you

Great communication
I was notified at each stage of my claim processing, and when there was a delay due to a high volume of claims, I was notified and received my reimbursement check timely. The process was easy and I am very satisfied. Having a puppy is expensive (especially a Great Dane puppy who is mischievous), but knowing I have help with that is great!

Excellent Customer Service
My Boston, Sansa had difficulty breathing due to brachycephalic syndrome and surgery was an option for her. I immediately contacted Trupanion who suggested that we submit a preapproval claim, which we did prior to scheduling the surgery. Once we were given the approval, surgery was scheduled and we knew what are financial responsibilities were. Surgery went well and I filed the final claim which was approved within 24 hours. Everyone that I spoke with at Trupanion were professional and caring. They showed concern for Sansa and I truly appreciated all of their efforts during this stressful time. The surgery was successful and my little girl can breathe and sleep well. I recommend Trupanion to anyone looking for a wonderful insurance feature plan that has caring customer service.

Healthy Paws is a shining star in our time of need.
We have a one-year old Doberman Pinscher who started having a bloody nose every day since 9/27/19. Some episodes were worse than others. After seeing multiple vets/specialists and incurring a large debt due to various blood panels and medical procedures, Healthy Paws helped to relieve the pressure of worrying about the costs so we could concentrate on taking care of our pet. The claims were handled quickly and the customer service was phenomenal. They contacted us to see how our pet was doing. They really cared. Thank you Healthy Paws for being there when we needed help.

Nationwide is an Extension of ourselves
After losing our 9 yr old Pointer in June, we got our Pointer puppy in August. Once getting home at 10 weeks, we had some some initial big challenges being exposed to Kennel Cough, and some other small challenges. Nationwide's team has given us great reason to be believers in their care and coverage. We appreciate all the guidance you provide, and the follow up. Thank you! ASPCA is a phenomenal provider of pet insurance with exceptional customer service!
Our wonderful 8 year old Shi Tzu Chloe became unexpectedly ill with an eye issue and then had a terrible reaction to the medication. These were hard to deal with and you hate to see your pet so sick. One condition ended up putting her into intensive care in an animal hospital for two days which was very scary. The fact that the ASPCA insurance gave us piece of mind we were covered, we could focus on her care with less anxiety during this trying time. In addition, it is so simple to file claims via online or mobile to recoup some of the care costs back. It was amazing!
