Wonderful experience working with Nationwide regarding Max's pet insurance claims.

Submitting claims from our Vet clinic for Max's appointments and care have been easy. Nationwide keeps us informed from the time they receive the bill, while under review, and a full explanation of coverage once the bill is paid.

Stress Free

Nationwide is great with providing care for your pet and taking away the added stress of vet bills. The vet hotline is amazing as well with caring and supportive vets and I appreciate the follow up to ensure my pup is receiving and is in the best care.

Pretty good

I can't do claims myself without some problem arising. Claims must be done by the veterinary office here because of the need for diagnostic codes. Recently, renewal of policy fees jumped up MORE THAN DOUBLE without any warning or explanation. We will be looking for a different insurer if this continues.

Besides the small hiccup during the claim process, Nationwide was there for us!

We had a small hiccup from when I submitted the claim and apparently it wasn't properly filed and the representative I spoke with was able to help locate it and expedite the process. All in all the process is simple and efficient. Hopefully they assist me with the most recent visit! Fingers crossed!

Continued great experience

Unfortunately, I’ve had 4 claims for trauma for my 2 dogs in 4 years. The good part is that Nationwide Pet Insurance continues to make it easy to submit the claims and is very clear on what they paid and why (example: everything except my $250 deductible). I love having Chase pay as an option for electronically receiving my reimbursement. I’ve been very pleasantly surprised at the wonderful experience I continue to have (although I hope to not have to submit any more injury/illness claims).

Best Choice in Insurance!

FIGO has been amazing and so supportive of my one year old Labradoodle! He is quite the rascal and have caused many unexpected trips to the vet. Filing a claim has never been easier or quicker! I have also chatted with a Vet through the app and it has been incredibly helpful! Best choice I could have made when I got a puppy!
