Trupanion had our back with 2of our pets inhospital at the same time

In this difficult time with two pets in the hospital with cancer emergencies Trupanion had our back with estimate preapproval and direct payment to the hospital so we could focus on care and not worry about finances! Even the condolences came immediately with refund of dues after we lost one of the two.

We have had both of our boys covered by Embrace for several years now. They have consistently been responsive and reachable. I appreciate being able to talk with a live human being when I call.

We have had both our boys covered by Embrace for several years now. Their agents are quick to respond, and I appreciate being able to speak to a real human being every time I call. Claims are usually processed within a day or two, and my refund appears in my bank account just as quickly. I had a glitch with a claim a week ago, but they think it was a technical issue which they are working to correct. Meanwhile, my claim has been processed. I can confidently recommend Embrace to pet owners.

Very satisfied - great service!

I've carried Healthy Paws insurance on my girl for 9 years now. When the time finally came where I truly needed the coverage, the company was right there! My dog developed ITP and needed to be hospitalized for several days. They had no problem covering the event - and the subsequent follow-up monitoring and meds are also immediately taken care of. I am so relieved to have Healthy Paws insurance!

I'm writing this review in hopes of…GETTING AHOLD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'm writing this review in hopes of getting better customer service (someone please respond to my emails and explain why my claim was denied). My dog had an accident and was injured. I pay for an accident-only policy. What is the point of paying for insurance if applicable reimbursements are denied? Very frustrated and upset that I have huge out of pocket expenses- this is exactly what I was trying to avoid when I purchased this pet insurance policy!

This is the first dog I ever got…

This is the first dog I ever got insurance for. Their prices are better than most, they cover a lot of items and I find it very easy to submit the medical receipts. I just wish it was a little quicker to receive the reimbursement check. But I still give the 5 stars because they make it very easy!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Once you are signed up it will be very difficult to cancel as the only way to cancel is by phone and only after you sit through a mandatory customer retention sales pitch. This is an unfair burden to place on the consumer but their legal team manages to just barely skirt around state laws to manipulate you into having to meet this requirement to cancel. Do not be fooled by the claim that "you can cancel at any time." THIS IS A LIE!
