Super knowledgeable, super friendly, answered all of my questions,, was an absolute pleasure to work with ,, I have been with tru panion for aprox 15 years insuring our 4 dogs with them . Never had a problem being reimbursed…

Never had a problem being reimbursed for what my policies cover. Premium is quite expensive and increases every year. But I think it's the same for every insurance company. Easy to fill out claims, but it would be easier if they could be done directly from the vet. It takes longer than I would like to get reimbursement. Almost impossible to talk to a real agent when you call. Doesn't cover Physical therapists who are not working at a vet office.
