They are always available whenever I need help. I am not tech savvy so yesterday, Kaitlin walked me thru how to do the Fetch app. She patiently stayed with me for quite sometime until I finally got it! I am so pleased & happy to have my fur baby Bailey insured by them. They care!!!

Save your money and go eosewhere
I never worked with a more incompetent company. Takes forever to process claims and sent my dogs medical records on the app multiple times. Yet they still said they needed records. Absolutely the dumbest customer service reps in the industry and shady company. Stay away

Thank you Healthy Paws.
My Milo has had a very rough two years. He was first diagnosed with Lymphoma and was given few weeks to few months to live. We gave him Chemotherapy and he is now in remission and doing well after 2 years. This wouldn’t have been possible without the partnership with Healthy-paws. Two weeks ago he got very ill again his blood ammonia was very high and we was very sick when we took him to ER. They didn’t think he is going to make it. Now a week and a half later, he is walking and eating well. He has to be on a life long medication. He is doing well. Thank you healthy paws for supporting up by paying his medical bills. I urge everyone who has a dog to get pet insurance from Healthy Paws. They are hassle free and an excellent organization. I am very grateful gor ur help. Thank you. Gamini Vedage

Horrible experience overall
Horrible experience overall. Paid them over 11,000$ in monthly fees over the last 5 years for my 90% coverage as payments continue to increase annually. Haven’t covered a single penny since filing claims over the last 5 years stating condition was “pre existing.” Even denied vet approval for appealing claim as the vet argued it was in fact not pre existing. They took 1 hour to come back with a paragraph denial stating appointment notes all dated 5 years AFTER being insured. Absolute horrible service and waste of money as I’ve spent years paying for insurance and for vet bills and medications for my pet . Cancelled promptly after appeal denial will not be getting another cent. Absolutely Do not recommend. Save you monthly payment to use if anything shall occur with your pet rather than wasting 2k a year for absolutely nothing in hopes they will cover something.

Incredibly grateful for HealthyPaws
HealthyPaws are such a wonderful organization. I’m deeply appreciative of their dedication and support to keep animal family members healthy. They’ve always provided prompt and generous reimbursement for my cat’s medical bills, which is a huge stress relief when we are dealing with a serious illness. This is my second pet I’ve insured with HealthyPaws and I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

An Actual Life-Saver
We've been with Healthy Paws since our doggo was 7 weeks old. Over the course of nearly 8 years, Healthy Paws has been responsive, fair, and enormously supportive of our favorite guy. A few weeks ago, the worst happened. Our pup got into something (a basket of socks?) which led to one emergency surgery (removing socks in stomach and three more places along his intestine), followed by another a week later after he developed dehiscence. When we left our buddy at the second hospital for surgery, we weren't sure we'd see him again-- without Healthy Paws, we wouldn't have for sure. Before we'd even walked into the second hospital, Healthy Paws had already reimbursed their portion of the first surgery. The website is simple, easy, and efficient-- their team is lightning fast. As I write this, we are just a few days out of the second surgery, and we've already received reimbursement for all of our qualifying claims. I've heard horror stories about Healthy Paws jacking rates to wild and unaffordable heights in order to "kick off" older dogs from coverage-- this has not been our experience, and I'll certainly update my review should this happen to us in the future-- Healthy Paws has been nothing but an actual life-saver for our family. I've been telling anyone who will listen about our experience with Healthy Paws-- we couldn't be more grateful!

They have our backs when our pets are sick or injured.
There is a reason why we have been with Healthy Paws for almost ten years. Even when our friends recommend the pet insurance that they use, we believe we are in very good hands with Healthy Paws. Amazingly and tragically, we had each of our three pets take a turn with medical issues in the last three months. I've had pets my entire life and this has never happened before. Thank goodness we were able to pursue care for our fur babies. Medical care for animals can be astronomical. We made some tough decisions. But the difficulty wasn't nearly as agonizing as it would have been had we not been clients of Healthy Paws. The fact that they send us a message inquiring about the patient using the kitty's or the dog's name is a much appreciated touch. I believe that they care. I am giving a two-thumbs enthusiastic review of this company and the people who have had our backs over the years.

Prompt, Reliable Payments
We have used Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for Gretchen, our 11-year-old German Shepherd mix since she was a year old. We value Healthy Paws because we do not have to be overly concerned about excessive medical expenses for items such as surgery. Healthy Paws always promptly pays for covered items according to the policy guidelines. For Gretchen's recent elbow surgery the payment was made two days after the surgery.
