The claim was easy to submit, I got my money back quickly, appreciated clear communications keeping me informed when information was missing, what was needed and by when, also likes the communications to keep me updated on where the claim was in the process

Horrible coverage and payment with claims
My Golden (2yr old) has ingesting issues. Loves to explore and will swallow whatever looks fun. I currently have Pets Best insurance and HATE it. When I brought her in to emergency they gave her something to throw it up, no surgery and she was out of there in 15min. Bill was $628. Pets Best sat on my claim for 25 days before denying the claim. Referred me to Section 9-C.14 . Because it had happened twice in the past 18 months they wouldn't cover it. Not surprisingly they waited until my next premium had been paid before they denied it. I'm switching to Pumpkin Pet Insurance. They said they would have covered it and there isn't a limit on occurrences. Other claims I've filed with Pets Best take FOREVER to be paid out.
