I can’t say enough about how wonderful Pumpkin insurance is. My little Maltipoo Marina has been going thru some health issues and having Pumpkin has been such a blessing. Every claim I’ve filed has been paid very quickly, and everyone I’ve spoken to has been extremely nice and helpful. ❤️

Cassandra deserves a RAISE.

Cassandra was extremely nice and she answered all of my questions. She was extremely well-prepared and very helpful in this process. It was obvious that she knew a lot of my questions before I even had to ask them, and it was clear that she knew a lot about nationwide and the insurance that I needed. If I have any other questions about guinea pig insurance, or any pet insurance in general, I always want to talk to Cassandra.

Best in class customer support!

I've been with Fetch Pet Insurance since getting my dog 8+ years ago, and I've had many interactions with the folks there. I can honestly say, every one of the reps I've interacted with has been fantastic. Just spoke with Samantha, and she like the rest of her colleagues are empathetic, helpful, professional and kind. As far as Fetch as a company, they also deserve 5 stars! App/website are very easy to place claims, payout wait time is reasonable and overall experience has been stellar. I highly recommend Fetch!

Called about a claim

I had called Fetch because my vet had sent in the required documentation in order to process the claim. The representative found the documentation and the claim was completed that day. I received an email and I received my reimbursement on 2/12.

Pet owner's best friend

Really excellent insurance, which we carry on both dogs. In a perfect world, our dogs would be healthy forever and incur minimal vet bills, but the reality is, illness and injury happens, and bills can be exorbitant. Well worth the monthly charge. The website is easy to navigate, and customer service is quick and responsive.
