I was not informed that she would need to have seen a veterinarian before they approved my application. In addition they changed me $75 and them sent an email stating what was needed. I explained from the very beginning that she is a rescue from a non family member who didn’t have any paperwork.

I was very disappointed that I was mislead on my coverage when I signed up, the insurance is only for accidents and illnesses. It doesn’t cover wellness visit, vaccines or teeth cleaning. I had a hard time understanding the representative to go over my policy. I wouldn’t recommend them to a friend.

Every time I submit an invoice for reimbursement, I have to call because they don't honor the terms of the policy. It's only after several attempts and hours of my time do they reimburse the amount that is rightfully owed.
